Sorry to everyone that did our HIT yesterday and couldn't get it to submit. We are working on it; there was an issue with an improvement we made and it caused things to hang before the submit button was told to show up. Here is what I know: *Some of you were able to implement a workaround in time to get paid for the work you did! *The problem is fixed for future HITs! Please don't give up on ACME Data Collection hits! *We are combing our records to see who finished a HIT (or 2, or 3) but Amazon doesn't know (so you didn't get paid). We will figure out how to pay you for the HIT if you did the whole thing and then couldn't submit. *We are drowning in email - we can't reply to each mail individually, but we will sort you all out and pay those who did all the recordings - please be patient it may take us up to a week (we weren't planning on this either!). Thanks for posting. I wasn't around when you had your problem batch, but I've doing your HITs for months. You guys are the best!
I had this problem yesterday , well last night I was pissed I couldn't submit a hit I spent 45 mins on , what did you guy do for the work around?
Yes I spent about 30 minutes on one of these HITs. I grabbed all three but had to return the other two when the first one did not work. Was very disappointing. Glad to see some news on here about it though.
Thanks for your patience folks; we haven't forgotten and are probably going to have this addressed by early next week. There are about 50 of you that still need compensation. We have also fixed the issue so it shouldn't happen again! Thanks again!
Finally; resolution Thank you all for your patience while we figured out how to address this problem. There are 54 of you who we've granted qualifications to - there's a HIT for you to just click submit on, after which we'll grant you the appropriate bonus (most of you did one HIT that wasn't compensated, a few of you did more). Again, our sincere apologies and thanks!
