Yes! It's slightly vague, but it works when you have the description "sandwich". If you could tell it was a roast beef sandwich with a description of "sandwich", it would be better to mark it as not a match. But if you didn't have that knowledge and you could tell it was a sandwich, it is fine to mark it as a match. That's not a wonderfully clear guideline, but it's a tricky area trying to figure out how much knowledge a turker has to match with the task at hand when dealing with such a wide array of foods and drinks.
