I loved Bob's. They were all over the place in Southern California when I was a teenager, now there's just a few left.

When I lived in the dorms at UCI there was a 24-hour Bob's across the street from campus. We'd go there in the middle of the night, stoned and hungry. One Big Boy combination plus a second Big Boy Burger, with avocado (it was So Cal) and a shake (really a frostie - couldn't drink it).

Sigh... and I wore 29 inch waist jeans and ate like that. To be young again.

 

I know this post is already old buuuutttt...

Whataburger is delicious. Heavenly. The stuff of my dreams.

I miss it horribly and have been tempted to drive the 11 hour round trip from here in order get to the closest one.

The one thing I miss most about living in Brownsville is Whataburger.

 

Shit, Burgers even came up during the Town Hall debate. America must be having a craving.
