We need to develop a standardized paragraph of text explaining to requesters what an acceptable rate of pay is for MTurk... And we need all of us to paste it into the comments section of each HIT that is not worth it... Mturk workforce come together. Or maybe not - we might just all get hard blocked to mturk death if we do that. Either way, I am doing it. "I think that the compensation for your HIT was quite low. $8 per hour is a minimum acceptable rate of pay for our work at MTurk. I would appreciate if you would consider raising your compensation on future studies."

I have been bonused several times for writing this. No hard block from it yet, fingers crossed. Or maybe I will be dead soon. Mturk dead.

This took me exactly 29 minutes, but I'm really tired.

 

I just lost my ocmp8 qual and it sapped the life right out of me. I was hoping to make so much more and then they dropped me to a 70. Still have almost 70 for the day which is great but I was really hoping to hit that hundred dollar day.

 

Alright, I'm now well over my daily goal with that $4 hit and now I'm going to bed. Goodnight guys :3
