Right now they are but a few hours ago they put up some that were unqualled. They hadn't been marked yet. I don't think it was a really big batch though.

Not a 100% sure on how they decided on who they gave the qual to. I just received an email yesterday that i had received it. There will be un-qualed HITS, these are just going over others work and correcting it. A real pain in the ass right now with most of these being way off.
