I am interested in this as well and did some searching but could not find anything on grind. I think the best you can do is pause the audio/video and repeat what you hear into your microphone and use your trained software, but please correct me if I'm wrong that your not just able to play the original audio into the software. Microsoft has a free software, windows speech recognition, which I think is built in. I tried this software but either it or my computer was not up to the task. There are probably 3 surefire ways to make good money on Turk. Which path you choose depends on your skills and personality. 1) if you have a high iq and love coding/programming, then script the every-living you-know-what out of hits You'll be very successful that way 2) If you have stamina and a work ethic, then you can "grind" your way to making triple digits (10-15 hour days) ... this is what I am, mostly 3) Special quals... If you have a great talent at writing, typing or you name it, then you can get really great work that way. Now, if you can do one of those 3, you are set. If you do two of those 3, you are special If you can do all 3, you are Adaaam
I love reading Adaaam's posts because sometimes he forgets that he's the best turker ever, and he's like "just learn javascript and set anchor points and you can do these hits in 3 seconds!"
It took me a year to figure out how to tweek it to my liking. I learned the hard way to save your settings in case you have to reinstall Chrome or something happens that everything gets lost. You can make it only pick up batches, or whatever type of hit you want. It's a mess when you first install it I could never get into TM. I think it's just I don't have the patience to learn something new.

Some people take lemons and make lemonade, but in my experience it is always like this. Sometimes a dope batch will show up, but most weekends I'd rather just go enjoy doing other things.
Yup... Pretty much and also be good at searching for hits I swear some peeps find some crazy fucking unreal batch no one has ever heard about and make tons of cash because they found it and either sent an email about the qual or gained it somehow. I know I have gained a few quals from actually emailing the requester but it usually doesn't work. I would say im a super tiny bit of 1 as I know some ahk and mostly 2. I don't have any special quals and usually miss the opportunity to gain any for the most part because of my sleeping schedule. I would definitely say Work Ethic and the scripting are probably your best bets though as quals can be a crapshoot
