PapaWolfie, Did you complete the Latino Survey? I completed it and was immediately rejected saying I didn't input the correct survey code, even though we had to create it.
At the end of the call, you say "Thank you, goodbye." It will prompt you for the 5 digit number in the green box, press those numbers on your phone. Afterwards, it will give you a four digit code which you then enter into the HIT and answer the two other questions inside the HIT.
I use chrome and did 20 of them today. The only problem I have seen before in chrome is sometimes it will complain about insecure content and you have to click the little shield up in the address bar by the star, then click "Load anyway."
Only other item might be if the system doesn't understand your phone tones when you press the five digit task number. I use a land line, so not sure if that is a difference.
