yeah some of the sentences are pretty weird, but once you get good at filtering out all the information that you don't need form a sentence, they tend to go by pretty quickly and without much thought.

Somehow managed to pull a $30 day out of my ass, despite starting late and grinding out $20 of it on those god-forsaken Crowdsource Opinion HITs...
I made it to $40 for the first time. So I am happy. Can only dream of $100 day at this point. Congrats!!!
The thing is is that most turkers try to adhere to the .10 a minute rule. There are a lot of people on here that don't really do batches, but do only surveys. A lot of people work from when they get up at 7 to when they go to bed. Could you imagine the money to be made if requesters increased their pay by a cent or two. Like .12 or .15 a minute. Especially I wish surveys were this way. Grey Goose bottles all around!
Part of the problem is that turkers are their own worst enemy sometimes. People who do 45-minute HITs for 15 cents drive down the value of the work being done, and some requesters take advantage of that.
