Most of the people I heard that didn't like Windows 8, were the ones who did exactly as you said. Purchased it, played with it a few minutes, and sold it. It does take getting use too. But imo for Turking you can't beat it. Especially when your running multiple screens and tabs.

amen to that man. i don't use it exclusively for turking of course...but the advantages are there. it's the lightest OS microsoft has released in a while, in regards to RAM usage. it also offers great cross-platform functionality. I've had a bunch of people tell me that I'm an idiot for jumping into it. Their excuse is always the same. "i tried it and it was just so crappy, i couldn't do ANYTHING". here's a protip for people new to win8. learn all the new hotkeys/shortcuts. thank me later. makes using it a breeze.
