It may (or may not) be worth it to shoot them a message saying that you didn't do that page right.. Like you clicked the radio buttons too quickly then were unable to unclick them.. I've had that happen to me on "test" questions before.
I had an issue with the code anyways (Didn't accept before doing survey) that I contacted them about anyways. I think sending anything about the survey now would be a little suspicious too. Oh well. I was kinda out of it on that HIT I guess.

What are some of you experienced Turkers opinions on doing surveys more than once? For example I did this one yesterday and it let me accept it again, and there was no notice in the hit that you can't do it twice. I'm not doing it again but was just wondering what peoples experience has been.
Speaking of being out of it...I just did some survey that was asking about what you cared about at work (1 to 7, etc). And one question about halfway down was "Are Mentally Challenged" - I must have stared at it blankly for 15 seconds...it completely shot my rhythm: "Is this an attention test?" Then the little tiny dim bulb in my head lit up -- they mean "Are Challenged Mentally" oooooooh... Not my night, obviously.
