Rate specific events near you. Reward: $1.00 Qualifications: Total approved HITs is not less than 50, HIT approval rate (%) is not less than 95, Location is US Bad TO cuz it has a screener survey first. In case anybody wants to try it out.
Just noticed a reject from Peterson Labs for a HiT titled "Video Clips and Attention (WARNING: This HIT may contain adult content. Worker discretion is advised.)" that I did on the 5th, the note said "Results not found." I don't remember exactly which survey this was, since I do surveys mainly. I sent them a message through mTurk explaining that I try to be thorough as possible when doing these surveys. Possibly I closed the tab before actually clicking the final button to submit due to copying the code over to mturk before the final submission just to make sure It actually copied to my clipboard. After I explained this, I offered to retake the survey again for free to get the rejection overturned. We'll see what happens. Their TO isn't too bad, mostly people commenting about length of survey to money paid ratio.
Its not because of a screener, when you accept the survery it takes you to a login page where you have to enter a password (which they do NOT provide in the HIT) EDIT: I actually did this survey yesterday or the day before (or one that was linked to this one, not sure which is the case) and they gave me a password, which I saved. But then when I entered it, it just said task complete with a code to put into the HIT. Not sure if this will count as a "redo". Blah....
So which is worse and abandoned HIT or a returned HIT? & also for those of you who use scripts, is there a script you can get that will let you know if you have tried/submitted/returned a HIT so that you dont try again (since I do 100 HITs a day, it can get tiresome to look and see if Ive already done a specific one, which also takes time that someone else could get to the HIT, and plus it would just be easier if there was a script like this)
I'm back! Took yesterday off as a reward for reaching 10k. Looks like it was slow. Anyone know of any good requesters that open up at 10k?
Now it's my turn to ask an obnoxious question... pretty sure over the past few days I've seen people asking about getting the HIT Database to work with FF25. Has a fix for that been found?
I think Abandoned HITs are, since I've seen more HITs (although still not many) that have an "Abandoned HIT percentage is less than..." qual than I have HITs with a "Returned HIT percentage is less than..." qual.
