I did a similar survey from a guy from Microsoft. It was about crowdsourcing but offered a $1 bonus plus opportunity for a chat for $15 later. I think it must be the same guy.
Literally for like 2 minutes. I don't know if they messed up on payment and meant them to be a .01 (they posted them under an IN qual for .01) but they paid within like 20 mins. The bonus survey keeps going up/down so I guess keep checking. The $15 was an interview (skype) possibility which I doubt I'll get, but I did end up making like 12 bucks off them total
