I don't think there's such a thing as 'subscribing' to a requester. You can add a page to your PageMonitor in Chrome to see when someone's hits are up though.

I don't know anything about subscribing to a requester either. What I do is, using Google Chrome, is make bookmarks of searches of some of my favorite requesters and put them all into a folder on my bookmarks bar. Then I can just right click on the folder and select "open all bookmarks" and it will do a search for all of them on separate tabs and I just check through those. Not sure if that helps anyone.
I did this yesterday and it already paid - can't recall exact amount of time it took but it was fairly quick.
