I've been a bit reckless since I had to take a week off. Only got one rejection recently (so far), and if I checked the TO I wouldn't have done that hit, so it's my fault anyway.
For a newbie........ what does this mean that he changed his name? I'm a bit weary of these, after doing a couple.

My thinking is that if you Google the name he was using first, it shows who the person is, who he works for, what he does, his own websites, etc. If he's using "MThits", that's completely anonymous and there's no way to figure out who is behind that. So, I'm guessing he realized he wanted to stay more anonymous. Who knows for sure, though.
Did you do one earlier? It looks like he has it set up that if you have done one HIT, after that, all you see is a blank page. But someone said he had a couple of different batches out, so maybe he's only allowing people to do one from each batch. I only see one batch at the moment, though.
It could mean a number of things, but using your actual name with a requester account is just asking for trouble. If you have other accounts like Facebook and LinkedIn it makes it real easy for people to find you and complain if you reject them. It could mean they are shady but it could just mean that a crazy person who got legitimately rejected is trying to harass them.

At the end I got an error but I had already submitted the hit on mturk itself! I should have read the TO review before hand...

Same thing happened to me. I sent him an email. I'll post if I get an answer. I forgot to check TO too
It was a hit from a couple of days ago. We set up a fake bank account and we have to report how much he deposits into the account. btw, Thanks for the reminder bobbie01
