This is the same project CS has been running since the end of last year. They recently changed the format. I'm surprised they put them up with no quals because they sent training materials and a chance to attend a training webinar to everyone with the quals. I'm working on them slowly because I want to make sure they're not setting up a new qual. Anyway YMMV.
