Thank you. It was odd. Odder is that similar happened before when I was a kid. Walked up on our cat having a sneezing fit. Found the tip of a piece of grass sticking out of her nose, seemed odd enough but then when I pulled it kept coming and was a very long blade of grass. This likely means that if I ever do have a kid I will be one of those moms at the er waiting for the doc to pull something random from my kid's nose.
I had to take my son to the er once because he poked himself in the eye and wouldnt take his hand of his eye because "It was so painful!" for two days, gave himself an infection in his eye on a weekend at that. Thats just one of the ridiculous reasons parents frequent the ER for dumb ass reasons.
OMFG this reminds me of a commercial (I think it's local only) of this little boy who keeps getting random junk stuck in his ears/nose/etc. i can't seem to find it though. ARGH!

Apparently I'm not sober enough to find it. Basically it's this family that bring in their kid so often that the Dr knows them by first name. First it's a bean in his nose, then a barbie shoe in his ear and finally he swallows his mom's wedding ring. Then something about being ready for life's emergencies and you should get yadda yadda insurance or go to blah de blah blah hospital.
