It really depends on how long it would take the average user! Also, having people sign up for a site is technically against Amazon's TOS, so I'd be at least a bit circumspect.
There isa new thread... I didnt make it but... weird... http://mturkforum.com/showthread.ph...t-s-the-first-of-the-Mon(th)ey-Monday-Wake-Up...
So far I think I can figure out all the sentences, but a lot of them sound about equally non-native and crappy to me. I'm not sure I'm willing to do both of these.
Have you tried his other one? It's pretty easy, I haven't looked at the one that was posted here yet though.
I have the qualifications, with 100, and haven't a clue when I got it or how. I have absolutely no recall of this requester.
The 'rate the quality' one seems a bit easier than the 'rate the foreign accentedness' one. These voices remind me of those Polly Huang HITs from a month or two ago. ^^Edit: Only they're a lot longer and don't pay nearly as well as those did
It depends on how long it will take, minimum fair wage on Mturk is considered to be $6/hour or $.10/minute. Asking people to signup on a website is generally frowned upon; however, since the site is Fiverr.com and I know it's a legit website and not some shady spam site, I would take that HIT if the pay was okay.
