I messaged that woman and she's claiming my IP address took her survey 15 times...WTF!?!!? I took it once..maybe I should blowup her TO rating because this is stupid.

Ask her what your IP is. Maybe some kind of problem on their end with how they process data. Even a cheater wouldn't take a survey 15 times.

She said that she doesn't think it's possible for someone to do it that many times and explained her situation and was pretty nice, she said she'll let me know when she reverses it for me. So at least she was understanding.
I got rejected for the same reason. I haven't heard back from her yet. My husband and I both took this survey, but we are super careful about not taking surveys that say it can only be taken once from an IP. Either we missed some fine print, or they are being unfair. I think this will be the third time in thousands of surveys where this has happened, but it's still...bah.
