It's hard to turk when there's a dog making up for weeks of missed snuggles by curling up around/over you
I started Turking around the 8th of June and took maybe a week and a half break a couple weeks ago. To date I've made about $860 bucks. I know that's not as much as a lot of people but really what helped me was just setting up pandas for a lot of things posted on here. I just hit 3500 approved today after the OCMP batch that was posted earlier and I don't have many (or any) other quals. I think it's really just being around at the right time and staying motivated even when there's nothing to do.
The benefit of sharing is that other people might find themselves in a similar situation and they might find it useful. I'm not personally big on sharing; but if other people want to then I think that can be a beneficial thing.
I wouldn't consider this cheating if I had to be honest, in this time of reflection you could find feelings for another person. I do think you should let the other person know that you have moved on as it would be the right thing to do but I'm not sure I could classify it as cheating. Assuming we are talking about your original question.
Great list. I'm still in the middle of learning. Doing those except for scripts since I'm still on Safari for now and most don't work. I would say though it's also sort of like a sixth sense you develop. At first aside from beginner's luck Mturk seems almost impossible. I first turked for awhile last year then quit for half a year and just started back in June. This time though I haven't learned too much more just yet but I feel like things have just sunk into my brain a little more and I just understand things a little better, like what to look for while I'm on, which hits seem good on first glance, when to abandon ship on a bad hit, etc. It's like you just sort of "know" more often instead of sitting there staring at mturk like wtf should I do here. Oh and you gotta have perseverance here. Otherwise you won't make jack. This is a job for self-starters. And you gotta be able put up with bad times, especially at first. It can be hard not to get discouraged.
He made crazy amounts of money in his first few weeks of turking too Set records above people who had been here much longer consistently
Whatever happened to scott anyway? He used to make bank and post all the time and now I never see him, ever.
