    Ok I've finished fiddling with the script and looking at what changes google makes when you set a different number of results per page. The upshot is that if you set a different number of results per page the results you'll see won't be exactly the same (links or order) as the default of 10 per page. I don't really think this is a problem for the "search engine rankings" HITs as the differences are only slight. Add to that Google personalizes results and ranks change throughout the day as different workers do the HITs. I don't think the page and result number you enter in to the HIT have to be spot on. Therefore I think it's worthwhile to use the script with a 100 results per page.

    Thank you so much! I'm excited to try it out. It should make those marketing hits go by super fast! That's the part that always take a while for me is the the ones that don't have the right result until the fifth page.
