OMG how many things is this political survey going to ask me? Edit: just as I post that it asks me the demographics xD

So I emailed the requester of the spelling HITs yesterday welcoming him to MTurk and asking that he take a look at some of what I'd done so far... here's the response I got: Greetings, I checked out HIT ID 2WIOHOVR14I1GNZSAF8ELWA6Z9N67K and it seems to look like a good submission! We do have some basic auto-reject rules, but it shouldn't hamper your work. Let us know if any of your assignments get rejected and we'll look into it. Thanks, Tyler Boyd Measurement, Inc. PEG Team None of them are approved yet, but having heard a response from my email I feel better about them.
Yeah, lots of people got responses. Yay for communication! He told me that any work done "in good faith" should be approved - so that seems really promising.
New Requester... just some dude that popped up last week, no TO... so he is a complete unknown which makes taking that big of a hit even more nerve wracking.
I got the other HIT he posted for $110, was wondering who got the $300 one. Sadly, he didn't respond to my email until monday and I didn't want to spend a lot of time on getting rejected so I had no idea I couuld mark the impossible to find emails as N/A til it was too late
Great to see about the Measurements Inc responses. Anybody's guess on their next payrate? I'm guessing 68 cents a piece turns to 8 cents real fast. 25-50ยข would be nice, and fair if ya ask me.
He put up 2 hit's involving making a spreadsheet and obtaining email addresses. The $110 I got was for 142 emails, the $300 one was like 800+ emails I think. He only put up 2.
Right place right time... I was dumbfounded when I realized he had no qualifications required to take the hit. I'm sure I beat the next person to notice it by mere miliseconds. Yeah, he answered my first email pretty quickly and fairly friendly so that made me feel a lot better. Still... seeing that sitting in there waiting to be approved or rejected is a trip...
Yeah I was stupid and didn't email him until Saturday, which by that time he was out of the office. I didn't even see the $300 one go up I just saw someone else talking about it. It would've been a fairly easy $110 bucks but it also would've been the first time I've ever had to make a .csv spreadsheet as well so I'm sure I'd have ****ed up somehow haha
