Didn't there used to be a check box stating that there are no claims? I guess we just submit blank now.

 

The only guess I have is that it has something to do with how many people already have the qual? Like, if you happen to request while they're full, you won't get it, but if they delete some old worker, then the next person to request gets it? Nah, I don't even think that's possible to set up in Mturk. I have no idea.

The general steps to doing FE are as follows:

1) Do everything in good faith, due diligence, etc.
2) If it's blurry or out of focus, don't enter it. Nothing found? Submit blank.
3) Makes tons of money
4) Never get a rejection
