Yeah, coffee makes me alert pretty well. After 600mgs, 200mgs a pill, I start to lose steam. I'm gunna need something a lot stronger for the afternoon so I guess ill try one of those

I guess I'm all alone in that area then. They make me tired and sleepy lol. I never get the jitters or get hyper or alert when drinking those things.

 

I find that if I just cruise along and not try and grind, grind, grind I can go longer...on the batch.

They do nothing for me. Not hyper or sleepy. If I haven't taken my medicine they sometimes make me jittery, but otherwise they just do nothing. :/

Don't intake a lot of sugar. If you're going to be up for a while, eat whole-grain food and drink water. That will release consistent energy instead of sugar that will spike your blood sugar up then drop it back down and you'll feel like crap. This is just coming off my nursing experience from not sleeping (I'm on 38.5 hours awake)

 

Disregard sugar...acquire grain?

 

I could go into a lot of other crap about it, but basically you don't want a lot of sugar.
