    I also had a very satisfying negotiation followed by NO CODE. I did input my worker ID at several points in the survey so I'm not concerned. It did say there MAY BE a code.

    Is there a way to change the address bar to submit it? Seeing how one can change it to accept. Probably not, but just a thought.

    Thanks, but I tried it and I have Quicktime installed but it still wasn't working just was stuck loading for a couple of minutes.

    You weren't supposed to get a code. It said submit a code IF you got one. No one got one. Every one who did it was asked to input their mTurk ID at least twice through the survey. This is how they'll pay you. Don't worry about it- don't email either.
