To do the full length ones, you have to email them and ask, and depending on your work history they either give you the qual or they don't. As to the short ones on mturk, I think you become eligible for them the same time you become eligible to do transcriptions, depending on the score you got on their qual tests? It was awhile ago so I'm not certain about this :/

I've never seen a qual test for the reviews. My transcription score is over 900, I was hoping maybe it was at 1000 or something :|

What I suspect is this: when you first did a Crowdsurf HIT, you had to take a little grammar test, remember? I think that the ability to do the reviews on mturk was also determined by your score on that test. Probably if you got a 90, it qualified you for transcriptions, and if you got a 100 it qualified you for reviews and transcriptions, and I also think that the test can't be retaken. I say this because I only ever remember taking one qualification test for Crowdsurf, and I have been able to do reviews for as long as I have been able to do transcriptions. There's no way to know this for sure other than finding someone who's never done Crowdsurf work to take the test and see what happens. However, that doesn't mean you can't get the qual some other way. I'd message them and ask.
