Not getting a child circumsized is medically a terrible idea. The foreskin can accumulate bacteria on top of the tip which basically ends up looking like cottage cheese and can spread to the rest. Not to mention, in today's society a lot of men want it clipped. If they don't get it done as a child it's a lot more painful as an adult.
