The thing is, is that the requesters he listed doesn't have hits relating to a psychological study. They want you to get the work done and accurately as possible. So scripting like RnR's scripts are usually ok. Also usually you can discuss these hits openly. Priming is a psychological method used in some studies and it has nothing to do with attention checks. Using an actual script (which is a different kind of scripting) and without thinking of the topic (for example, just retyping out what was pre-written, be it in different wording or copy and paste) is not what they had in mind when they do these surveys. It might save time to just 'copy and paste' but it can change/tamper with the end result. Also, I wouldn't work on 4 at a time. It can tamper with the results. I would likely accept 4 survey HITS and then work on them one at a time, but never 4 at once. But that's just how I see things.
Bad TO. I'll pass. Not that I think that $7.00 is too unfair for an hour and a half but I don't feel like having the test crap out on me and not save my progress.

You can have an avatar any time. Just make sure you dont accidentally put it as your profile pic (which it appears you might have done I think). It's right under Profile Picture on your edit profile page.
