They somewhat have the second part - there's a checkbox for "for which you are qualified" that takes out the masters hits and any hit you aren't qualified for.
Not every HIT is a qual HIT, in the sense that there are qual HTs that don't have a qual test, some HITs where you plain-old request qual, and no qual HIT or qual test. Just search for the word "qual", and if there's a requester, search for the requester's name + qual. Issue with that is you can sift out HITs that require you to take a qual test, or even HITs that autogrant a qual. Someone mentioned it before, but there really should be a checkbox to exclude Masters HITs.
