Na, it's just dead today probably cuz there are less people. I didn't do the HDLab309 HIT but yes Fiber's qual test is pretty kick ass. More over, if somebody can't pass that test in 3 attempts then it's better not to touch them cuz they reject on the smallest mistakes.
Fiber Data is a great requester. A rejection for a mistake while parsing is fair, because parsing must be exact. Hey, could someone tell me how to get my RnR qual back because my work was so crappy that I lost it. Just kidding because I never lost it, but it's the same idea as FD's qual test: either you can do it correctly, or you can't.

I actually tried one. Not only is it not worth the money, when you get to te end, the submit button apparently doesnt work. 5 minutes of my life I wont get paid for. Blah.
