Hi. I am new to the forum, but have looked around. I have been Turking since the beginning. I recently was approved to work for CopyText. I really enjoy their hits, and they pay well. However, for the past week and a half or so, I have received the following message in the hit screen when trying to view their hits: Server Error Sorry, we've encoutered an unexpected error. We've been notified about this issue and we'll take a look at it shortly. I have contacted them a few times, and they say they are working on this issue. But I can tell others are able to view them, as the number of hits goes available goes down. I have tried everything I can think of on my end, ie deleting cookies, using different browsers, nothing works. I was just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this issue, and if so have you found anything that helps? Thanks for any and all advice, Leanne
The only thing I've seen, is that if you get something like a security message as well, IE browser tends to throw one up, is to accept the security content alert......the page refreshes with the hit. The only other time I have seen the hits change with the constant error, is that there seem to be a few fresh correct hits in there, that some people are able to do.
