I tried to contact mturk by clicking the contact us link. But after I submit my query it show that there is an internal error and cannot submit my query. They asked me to try after sometime. Did anyone else have the same problem?
Yeo ofcoz me.....Being my account hacked...i suspect some faulty conditions thats been happening with their system that many of the members complaining f not being to send mail to the support

I tried but they said that the representatives will contact me within 48 hours. Dunno whether that will happen or not.
are you guys able to send msg to mturk,i am still not able to send "Failed to send comments We encountered an internal error while sending your comments. Please try again later."
i can't send the message as well they suspended my account today for no reason i had 178$ in my account and now i can't transfer it to gift card balance or anything. bro how can we use live chat option please tell me where is the option of live chat.
sign out from mturk, then take the sign in page, don't sign in. click on the forgot password. Without entering the fields, click on the continue option. there you will see a skip option. click on it and then you will get a page in which you can call or chat. fill in the necessary details and try to chat. Hope this helps you.
