You will be asked to watch a short video with your audio on. The video will present a story of a recorded video conference call. You will be asked to imagine that you work for a technology solutions company, where you are an employee of one of the company’s several divisions. You will be attending a meeting between employees of other divisions who are collaborating to select a final location for the annual tech product conference. You will be reviewing the final two proposals. You will join a virtual meeting where you will listen to two team members speak about their preferred conference locations. After viewing the video, you will be asked to answer 24 questions. We expect that you can complete the study within 10 minutes or less. This research presents no known risks to participation. We are committed to respect your privacy and to keep your personal information confidential. You will not directly benefit from your participation in this study. The benefit of your participation is to contribute to advancing the understanding of leadership perceptions. You will be compensated $1.50 for your participation.
