This is kind of a specific sort of script, so I doubt it exists... but I figured I would ask before I start hacking on it. For the 'view a HIT in this group' link, I want hit previews to all open in the same external tab. So if I click a hit with only search open, it opens a new tab with the hit. If I go back to search and click a different hit, it opens the hit in the same previous tab. I know I can middle click to get the link open in a separate tab, but middle clicking is really awkward and error prone, and I would like to keep my browser from exploding with tabs when searching. Anyone know of a script/addon that will get me somewhere in the ballpark of this functionality?
