Because you are so willing to work with us and trying to be fair -- I know that is difficult with limited funding (although our definitions of "limited" may not be the same) -- I would deem you a good requester so far. On a side note (and I would put this in the other thread, but not sure if you're checking that one or not), what is your approval/rejection policy going to be? This is a research study, so we really shouldn't have to worry about rejections right? Especially if we get a qual for it.
