Maybe you should start returning hits like the rest of us slackers :beguiled: Hope he gets back to you!
That's true. It didn't load at first. Refreshed and it worked so I proceeded with the task with no issues until the submission part. Ugh. You probably fared better than I by not doing it whereas I did the work for nuthin. :upset: This task was better than the others though. I liked it. So much quicker. What a shame.
Is anyone else here working on that week-long Stanford HCI disability brainstorming hit? It's my first time working on a hit like that, but everything went pretty smoothly with my group today.
Oh I return a lot of HITs. Especially lately with the mis-clicks on the scraper. The scraper shifts as I'm accepting the HIT and it's the wrong one! Happens quite a bit. I'm surprised I made it above 95%.
I tried refreshing that WU numerous times before switching to FF. In the past his chart HITs frequently worked better in FF. I would automatically do them in FF. They always automatically submitted themselves when you were completely done. ...sometimes when you weren't done..sometimes before you started..surprise!
lol HITs Accepted — ... Submitted 64% ... Returned 34% ... Abandoned 0% I was under the impression that requesters can no longer use the submission/return quals. Part of the reason why they're now hidden from workers, unless you have the script.
I guess Eugene Wu can classify his own birds and airplanes from now on. 14% return rate here (down from over 20%). Hell I return at least 1 hit in 35 due to captchas, often more when I accept and toss half a dozen in a row to get past a captcha in case something drops. Btw, if you don't have the script handy or want to install it, there is always a hit or two up from Project Frodo that uses return rate and such. Can use that to check your numbers.
Considering how many times we have to return hits because of being screened out or no more hits left, I think it's shitty for requesters to use that qual anyway.

I'd look mine up, but that would require too much effort on my part. It would probably look similar though.
