New Mturk Account Rejected

So you want to scam Mturk....Anyways Mturk isn't accepting new accounts outside of America because of people like you.

 

Martin, you are only allowed 1 account. Never more. If you have had an account, you can NEVER have a new one. That is why this is being called a scam. You are absolutely NOT allowed to open an account in someone else's name. NEVER.

 

Another dreaded scamster post. Even if you don't had a previous account (which in all possibility looks highly unlikely since you are creating the account in your fathers name), mTurk has put a freeze on all new account for Non-US countries. This is just because of a few people trying to play around and game the system and in turn fu##$$## it up for everyone out there.

 

And I imagine THIS is a big part of why Indians and other workers aren't being approved new accounts right now. -smh-

 

I would have to agree here. This is the exact reason they are not hiring outisides the US, most likely due to scammers fucking up one account them making them in family members names etc., again,again and again.. Good I say rubbish in.. rubbish out. Sorry to the REAL Hardworking people who now cannot join thanks to losers doing this.

 

Your account should be in YOUR name.

NOT your father's name.

Of course they're going to suspend your account if they detect fraud.

 

A little decency in your words may help... you first... others later...

Decency for what? Some low scammer who is trying to weasel his way into another account because he's already lost [at least] 1? Decency for someone who likely contributed to the fact that GOOD workers from other countries are now being denied mturk accounts because people like the OP don't mind using illegal means or going against the rules to get themselves back up and running? Please.

I didn't see anything indecent in his post to begin with. He said the truth. Out with the bad. No reason people who take advantage of the system should be REWARDED for being liars. THAT is what's indecent about this thread.

Dear martin46, here's my advice to you: find a skill, because Turking obviously is not in your book of strong points. Neither is ethics or morals, so I would shy away from those fields if I were you. Something in the government sounds right up your alley, Mr. Scammy-pants. Please stay away from mTurk so I can continue to feed my kids.

And the next job you take, please for the love of all that is Holy, take the time to read any rules and/or regulations. In the mTurk contract you agreed to in order to initially sign up, it clearly states that the account must be made with YOUR valid information, and only one account is allowed per person, ever. In order to avoid losing a job in the future, you might want to think about that.

mTurk is a place of business like any brick-and-mortar business. If you want to get a job in the real world, you present your credentials and information. You receive payment in YOUR name. If you get fired, you can't come back with your parent's ID and apply again. If you get denied, you can't apply again with your dad's information and come to work every day. It doesn't happen.

This is a REAL job to some of us, and we would appreciate if scammers like you would stop fucking up the entire system for us.

The OP is so dumb that he doesn't even know or accepts that what he is doing is unethical. What they do, is they open more than one account with the same IP address. This is the easiest way that Mturk can catch fraudsters. They don't know that their internet connection has a unique IP address which mturk already has in his records and any new account from the same IP address will ban them forever from mturk.

If only the fraudster had been a little smart then this wouldn't have been the case with other honest workers. OK, so you have decided to be a fraud but at least do it in an intelligent way but you get caught and screw it for everybody.

 

I am going to play devil’s advocate and opine that you are all being trolled.

 

Most likely not, you will see the same stupidity in multiple turker forums.

 

I have to agree, and I must admit that I've seen better trolling from teenagers.
