New website under development

Hi,

I worked mturk more than 5 years. Last year my account was suspended. After suspension I invested my all my earnings to develop a new website much similar to mturk.

Mturk is from Amazon. Will I face any problem if I copy their business model?

There is no problem in creating new website similar to mturk.
