Assuming you are in the US, the minimum wage in your state. If you are not in the US, then the US Federal Minimum Wage, because I *am* in the US.

$5-6/hr is what I would be looking at. Can spare a couple of hours daily. We just need assurance that the approval is unaffected. Of late, we have lots of requesters who take work and reject the hit. That is one factor which stops us from trying out a new requester. In case you are not happy with a particular work, you can keep it pending and ask the turker to redo the hit. This will be a win-win situation for both. Looking forward for your reply.
I do have a 99.3% approval rating out of the 400+ HITs I have done. If you do find a flaw with any of the work I turn over, let me know before rejecting.
