I"m waiting for a response from "RFI mTurk" in regard to them doing a hard block, this past week. I would like an explanation. It is possible I did the same survey more than once, but as I look back, I see 3 I did for them, but they are different $ amounts, so there's a good chance I didn't know it was a duplicate. Most surveys tell you, or give you a way to check and see if you have done the survey. This one did not. If it wasn't meant to be a hard block, I would appreciate it if it was changed, and Mechanical Turk is notified of it. I have been a good worker, and this is the first time this has happened, so would like an answer. I did send RFI mTurk a message, and also the company. The company apologized. Thank you
I got hard blocked by them to for a very similar reason. It is my only hard block and even if they are different dollar amounts, there is nothing in their HIT that specified that you should only take it once. They have not responded to any emails that I have sent and I now don't expect to either. Just leave a bad review on turkopticon and move on.
