I don't know why I even bother to read these threads about highest earnings anymore. It just depresses me and makes me want to go abduct someone.
Holy smokes, I've been doing mturk for over a year and the most I've ever made in one day was only $29...although if I didn't have a job and two kids I could probably get up to $75 or $100 on some days too. But $300? Probably never, and I have masters!
I'm on day 3. I'm hoping that once my HIT cap is lifted it will open up more opportunities. I have like 260 hits completed, but most are .03/.05 hits... just started getting into $1-$2.50 hits today, and I only have done a few, so today is my highest day so far.... a whopping $14.00 I'm still trying to figure out how to mine/look for the good ones... after making $10 in the 2 past hours... it's really turning me off from these .03/.05 hit batches, but most of them were surveys, which I'm sure the requester won't always let you take their future surveys. I guess it's just always keeping an eye out for new/good hits. Am I still in that stage where I should be getting my completed hits up? Edit: Remember, I'm only 3 days in. Forgive me for being ignorant of any obvious things here
Yeah your doing pretty good. Numbers are the most important thing in the early days. Once you hit 1k hits done things get better, then a lot opens up at 5k, and 10k is realistically final numbers barrier. As for good suggestion you should check out the HIT of the day thread and ask questions if you have any.
Thanks for the advise. I've read a few other pages talking about getting my overall HITs up as well, so I've been doing surveys and higher paying HITs for like 2-3 hours a day, and then really digging into the batches for the rest of the day/night.
I've been turking for almost 3 weeks and only made $18.00. So, depressing I hope to make at least $10 a day. I'm being realistic because I am only able to do surveys and some cheap batches. I don't spend all day online, but I'm happy to have a few dollars in my account.
My highest is $76 writing questions for CrowdSource. I could have done $100, but my eyes were crossing from boredom. I'm usually doing well to get $50 a day, but I don't try very hard.
