I went through the same thing a while back

For me it was also the Auto Refresh Plus extension (they removed it from the store) but through my research I found that there were many extension that did the same thing, sorry can't find the list.

The best thing I can advise is to disable all your extensions then turn them on one by one, with some time in between to make sure the problem doesn't appear.

I miss my auto refresh plus

edit 2: yea, got my auto refresh plus back, clean with no more malware
I also tried an extension called Extension Defender, not sure if it works but it didn't find any malware on the extensions I have.

 

Probably already mentioned, but if you go to where it lists all programs, you might see something there you don't recognize. Could also be hidden in the Chrome folder.

 

I know this is now an hour old so you've maybe heard from her by now, but from what I heard, Cherry Grove area was okay and that it was just more precautionary closed roads. They got "lucky" compared to the middle part of the state.

Fair chance you don't qualify if you've ever done one of their HITs. I haven't done one in forever, and I have the "participated" qual that blocks me.

Ugh I hate this one. You wait 10 minutes, and if you don't get picked, you have to return the HIT and you can contact the requester and he'll give you 70 cents. Why should I have to contact him? Waste of time.

At least Yale has worked out how to handle these.
