I was grumpy about that too. Extra annoying that they added in blackout dates to the FL resident pass - so the price jump for the "new full access AP" for us is over 500. Don't think it's going to happen this year.
Brazilian tour groups didn't get an increase. So at least there will still be plenty of rude people and chanting going on.
