Mark, What about this type of list? http://www.dentalextremes.com/procedures/ It has simply Periodontal Disease Diagnosis Maintenance Treatment as part of the procedures. I've been copying and pasting the whole list straight down, from Cleanings and Prevention through Restorations. Do you want us to take out the Periodontal Disease section in cases like this also? I know, I think we're starting to overthink things. Sorry.
What do you want for services for Periodontists when all they practice is their specialty? Are there similar issues for Endodontists, since the average person might not know that's a root canal specialist? Yeah, overthinking might be putting it mildly.
Well in this case you are heading into different territory haha. We consider "Periodontal Disease" to be a "Condition" that they treat. So those 3 together make sense but if that is ALL they provided then don't provide it. In the example you gave the list of services is: Cleanings & Prevention •Digital X-Rays •Fluoride Treatment •Sealants •Dental Exams & Cleanings •Home Care Cosmetic Dentistry •Lumineers •Composite Fillings •Porcelain Crowns (Caps) •Porcelain Fixed Bridges •Porcelain Veneers •Tooth Whitening Periodontal Disease •Diagnosis •Treatment •Maintenance Restorations •Crowns (Caps) •Composite Fillings •Fixed Bridges •Root Canal Therapy •Dental Implants •Dentures & Partial Dentures In this case its ok to just mow down the whole list since this is how they are presenting it. Make sense? Its ok to over-think sometimes ~ Mark L.
Not a problem. Its hard to know "how deep" to go with directions...cause I could write that all day haha! ~ Mark L.
Sorry about that Mark. Ignore him. He's been posting this junk on every thread/forum he can find. He'll be banned soon. EDIT: He's been banned. Post removed.
Hmmm as in streamlined (crosses fingers it works if it is) or a normal posting? I'll be happy with ether just want to know if i should clear my afternoon plans
It won't really matter. I'm planning to launch earlier so I can continue to post the following steps quickly after. But the hope is that I should have it ready for tomorrow. ~ Mark L.
Batch Starting from URL Identification (Medical URL qual) today between 12 - 1pm EST (9 - 10am PST) Not sure on the # yet. ~ Mark L.
If you were there, youd realize in 2 seconds that there is no guy there waiting with a flag or gun to signal the start. Just some dude on his cell phone telling you that hes on his way rofl. ~ Mark L.
I'm finding doctors who are not dentists. One who practices internal medicine and a plastic surgeon so far. Since we're supposed to be looking for dentists, am I correct that N/A is the appropriate response?
I have been putting NA then leaving a note, "this person is a doctor at this hospital but not listed as a dentist..."
That makes sense. The two I found have professional office websites, though, so I'm not sure whether to put the website link in the URL space or in the comment box along with a comment about what kind of doctor they are. Or just N/A the entry and leave it at that since they're not a dentist. Maybe I should just hope not to run across any more until after Mark gets back.
