    My son went to a local bbq place with his friends and was raving about it to me saying we gotta go there. I kept putting it off. Never had brisket I think and was thinking it was rib tips or something. So he takes me there and I was amazed!! Really tender falling-apart pieces of beef. Sort of like beef pot roast but better. I shamefully forgot to take pics of it!

    That is one fine looking brisket if I do say so myself.

    I need to pay more attention today. Was 5 min into a 50 cent survey with no end in sight and when I looked at the hit it had in bold letters takes 28 min.

    Here's an idea. Pay more
