My son went to a local bbq place with his friends and was raving about it to me saying we gotta go there. I kept putting it off. Never had brisket I think and was thinking it was rib tips or something. So he takes me there and I was amazed!! Really tender falling-apart pieces of beef. Sort of like beef pot roast but better.
