Do you have the little Evernote icon on your toolbar? Right-click it, choose clip screenshot, you will have lines on your screen, just drag around what you want to clip. It may take some practice. You can also clip entire screen. I made an AMT folder, and each day I start a new note, I put the date as the title, and set it so that is the only folder that shows by default. Before doing a survey, I search Evernote, and if I have did the survey, it will show. If I haven't done the survey, I paste the info into my note. I add the 'code' and 'time' also. I post it into Evernote, just as they do here in the forums. Pretty sure that's a no, you mean transfering from amazon balance to a bank account then nope. If you meant 1 account to another, I think you have to call your bank to find out.
Nope. Major banks shouldn't. In fact, some banks may waive your monthly service charge if you have "direct deposit".
Banks aren't allowed to charge you for receiving electronic funds unless there is a fee on the sending end.
