I've done them before and the only time I got a rejection was when I screwed up. He usually approves and pays quickly too.
Got in 85 homezoo hits. I feel like the last time Homezoo put out a batch it was late at night (at least it's late for me here on the east coast). I label hallways and empty rooms as "Other." No rejections to date.
Yeah, homezoo is pretty awesome. I wouldn't sweat getting rejected unless you're just not trying or something. I use the "other" option a lot and it hasn't been an issue in the ones I've done before.
