Yeah figured it didn't but wtf else is everyone eating during the day that they're that paranoid about being kicked out of ketosis? Like for me onion would be negligible.

Yeah, I spelled it wrong and spell check had no idea. I avoid it like the plague. Heh. It makes my husbands spams get bad and it gives me more cramps with endo so I avoid, avoid, avoid. I'de rather drink sugar filled juice than it.

 

I almost always can't eat my carbs... It's hard when eating fresh meats and veggies and stuff. I never had a problem with onion kicking me out of keto, I actually used to quite a bit to cook and added the 1 carb to my macros. *shrug* I went from a size 18 to a size 10 and I can actually work out and maybe even run sometimes... so I'm not too keen on changing my diet up. Heh.

 

Damn you foodies for teasing me. I'm really tired but drank enough caffeine in preparation for this phantom batch that I'll never get to sleep.

 

Depends on the person, I could eat 100g carbs and be in ketosis. Others get kicked out with drinking aspartame or over 20,30,40, ect.

 

4 cans of monster crew checking in. 9ish hours of sleep in 72 hours, thank you 4 days of 12 hour shifts in a row!

 

If there is one thing I took away from Keto: using lettuce instead of bread for sandwiches is delicious. I still love a good ciabatta roll, but a well made lettuce wrap is the best of sandwiches and salad put together.

Highest I've tested is around 70, but I bike to and from school / work every day, I walk every evening, and I hit the gym a few times a week. I even do CKD with the carb up days (usually we stay under 20) and stay in ketosis... Husband is the same way. I have never seen anyone actually go out of ketosis at 20, I've seen lots of people say it can happen.

 

My PM went off but was unable to accept it. They probably at the office laughing. Watching us fight over 1 HIT.

 

When I was in Korea they had whole restaurants dedicated to cooking meat and wrapping it in lettuce. You even got to cook your own meat and choose the cuts... Best thing EVER! I have a little gas grill I use to do it here and almost never get tired of it.
