I feel like I do not utilize my Masters at all. All the super turkers here bank in at least $100 day on slow days and I'm excited when I hit my $25 goal. I imagine the superturkers work in 10 hour shifts and hardly ever see sunlight lol

And has faithloveshope posted recently? I don't know why but I just thought about her. Last I remember her son was sick? Hope all is well. I probably just haven't been on when she's here lately.

I was wondering about faith. I was missing for a while, and when I came back she (and a bunch of other people) weren't posting anymore.

The biggest slacker is bear. I know he's still sort of around, but dude has disappointed us all in his absences. Lack of burg, lack of life worth living.

 

That is kind of a low blow. You're insinuating our regulars with high numbers do shitty work. They wouldn't have the quals they have and KEEP them if they did shitty work. Amazon is also not shy about taking masters away from bad workers. Some people are just more diligent and focused than others.

This checks out. Apparently being told that a sternly written requester whom she was quite proud to have scammed was not the requester being rude was too much for her to take.

Was that the requester that pretty much harassed her and threatened her over google translate? I hope she didn't let that cockroach bring her mojo down and force her to take a break. I know she needs this money just like the rest of us. That jerkoffs TO tanked so it's not like she was the only person he scammed.

Woah now! Are you saying it's acceptable to turn in google translated docs for a translation hit? Which doesn't necessarily give a good solid translations? That's it's a scam to tell someone that they turned in work that was unacceptable?

 

He was a guy who wanted a translation not done in google translator/babelfish. My guess is his TO tanked because everyone on mturk just ran it through google translate, then got angry when he didn't pay.

This is basically my feeling on the matter, even though I wasn't here. I think what she did was slightly wrong, but I like her and wouldn't have berated her over it.
