They're...okay, when they're in batches of 20 with the occasional big one of a few hundred. When they're 5's like today, I don't go near 'em. Too much time and aggravation wasted finding another one and starting it, can never get into a groove. They do serve a great purpose in getting somebody from 5K to 10K relatively quickly, I'm forever grateful to them for that.
